Up on a nearby mountain, Vilette — affectionately known as Letta Lu — was busy stitching dreams into fabric. Her whimsical handmade creations for dogs, cats, and even monkeys caught Tammy’s eye. Tammy had been searching for something special to complement the charm and personality of her pups.

Then one day, Letta Lu arrived with a sunflower harness dress made for a little puppy named Foxie. The moment Tammy saw it, she knew it was something special. The dress was sweet, stylish, and full of personality — just like her Shih Tzus. It was the perfect match.

Their shared love for Shih Tzus, handmade beauty, and thoughtful design sparked a collaboration that would redefine Tzu style. Together, Tammy and Letta Lu launched Letta Lu’s Tzu Fashions. Tammy’s pups became the adorable models, while Letta Lu’s designs added charm, flair, and boutique elegance to every photo. Their fur babies, with their joyful spirits and signature looks, quickly became the heart of the brand.
