At Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique, each item is thoughtfully created with care. We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so please review our return and exchange guidelines before ordering.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
- In its original condition and packaging
Please contact us through our website before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are handmade or used in close contact with animals, the following items are final sale:
- Custom, personalized, or specially sized products
- Used or opened whelping beds, inserts, pee pads, pup wraps, or bedding
- Items showing pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of use
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Please carefully review all measurements, colors, and product descriptions before placing your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible, unused items, depending on product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs associated with the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
When an error is made by Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Handmade Product Notice
Our products are handmade, and slight variations in fabric placement, color, stitching, or measurements may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each Letta Lu’s creation unique and are not considered defects.
