Welcome to Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique.
Throughout these Terms, “Letta Lu’s,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor, or purchaser.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Letta Lu’s Breeder Boutique creates handmade products for breeders, puppies, adult dogs, and pet families.

- Thermal covers and heating-pad covers
- Lovey blankets
- Puppy Go-Home Totes
- Wagwear
- Pup wraps
- Boutique apparel
- Sparkle Bands
- Hair accessories
- Other handmade breeder and pet accessories
Product availability, fabrics, patterns, sizes, colors, and designs may change without notice.
2. Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handmade rather than mass-produced. Slight differences in measurements, stitching, fabric placement, pattern position, shape, color, or construction may occur.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and fabric-dye variations. These natural handmade differences are not considered defects.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, measurements, descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be completely free from typographical or technical errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product details, or cancel an affected order. If an order must be canceled because of an error, any payment collected for the canceled item will be refunded.
4. Measurements and Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and measuring their pet, bed, crate, playpen, or other intended area before ordering.
Pet sizing can vary significantly, even between dogs of the same breed or weight. Weight alone may not determine the correct size.
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, ordering the incorrect size does not automatically qualify an item for free return shipping, replacement, or refund.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product or fabric unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- An undeliverable shipping address
- Orders placed for prohibited resale or misuse
- Circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably completing the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, except when an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added during checkout when required.
Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless we have agreed to other arrangements in writing.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, specially sized, and made-to-order products are created according to the information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
- Names and spelling
- Measurements and sizing
- Fabric selections
- Colors
- Wording
- Placement requests
- Other customization details
Once materials have been cut or production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details because of an error made by Letta Lu’s.
8. Processing and Shipping
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, custom work, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time is separate from shipping-transit time.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the product page, order confirmation, or other written communication. If a significant delay occurs, we may contact you with updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Letta Lu’s is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
9. Delivery and Missing Packages
Customers should monitor tracking information and arrange for packages to be received promptly.
A package marked as delivered by the carrier will generally be considered delivered. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact Letta Lu’s so we can provide available shipment information.
We are not responsible for package theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery. Any replacement or refund will be determined according to the circumstances, carrier findings, available insurance, and applicable law.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Products must meet the conditions stated in that policy to qualify for return or exchange. Custom, personalized, used, washed, worn, or pet-exposed products may not be returnable.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error made by Letta Lu’s.
11. Order Cancellations
Standard product orders may be canceled only when production, preparation, or shipment has not begun.
Custom and made-to-order products may not be canceled after materials have been purchased, cut, personalized, or placed into production.
Contacting us does not guarantee that a cancellation can be completed before an order enters production or shipment.
12. Pet Product Safety
Our products must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
Pet owners and breeders are responsible for:
- Selecting an appropriate product and size
- Supervising animals while products are in use
- Regularly checking products for wear or damage
- Removing damaged, loose, torn, or chewed products immediately
- Keeping decorative pieces and small parts away from animals that may chew or swallow them
- Following all care, cleaning, and safety instructions
- Consulting a veterinarian when medical guidance is needed
No pet product is completely chew-proof, escape-proof, or risk-free. Do not allow a pet to continue using any item that has become damaged or unsafe.
13. Whelping and Breeder Products
Tiny Tails Whelping Beds, bed inserts, pee pads, thermal covers, blankets, and related breeder products are intended to provide comfort and convenience when used appropriately.
They do not replace:
- Responsible breeder supervision
- Proper temperature monitoring
- Veterinary care
- Safe whelping practices
- Appropriate sanitation
- Monitoring of the mother and puppies
Puppies and nursing mothers should be observed regularly. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual dog, litter, setup, and environment.
14. Heating-Pad and Thermal Products
A heating-pad cover or thermal cover does not include an electrical heating pad unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Always follow the heating-pad manufacturer’s instructions. Heating products should be used with appropriate temperature controls and supervision.
Customers are responsible for preventing overheating, burns, cord damage, moisture exposure, entrapment, and chewing. Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged, wet in an unsafe manner, excessively warm, or unsuitable for the animal.
15. Apparel, Wagwear, Pup Wraps, and Accessories
Wagwear, pup wraps, bow ties, Sparkle Bands, apparel, and decorative accessories should be worn under appropriate supervision.
Sparkle Bands and decorative neck accessories are not collars and must not be used for:
- Leash attachment
- Restraint
- Tethering
- Identification as a substitute for a secure collar
- Unsupervised wear when snagging or chewing is possible
Pup wraps are not guaranteed to prevent every leak or accident. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, checking the fit, changing pads or diapers regularly, and preventing skin irritation.
16. Puppy Go-Home Totes
Puppy Go-Home Totes are intended for organizing and presenting puppy supplies. They are not designed or approved as pet carriers, crates, car-restraint systems, or containment devices.
Animals should never be transported or confined inside a tote unless the product is specifically advertised and constructed as an animal carrier.
17. Product Care
Customers must follow the care instructions supplied with the product or posted on our website.
Improper washing, drying, cleaning, storage, or use may cause shrinkage, fading, distortion, fabric wear, or damage.
Letta Lu’s is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Use of an agitator-style washing machine when prohibited
- Excessive heat
- Harsh chemicals
- Improper detergents or cleaning products
- Pet chewing or scratching
- Normal wear
- Improper storage or use
18. No Veterinary or Professional Advice
Information appearing on our website, social media pages, product listings, packaging, or communications is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian or appropriate professional regarding your animal’s health, safety, or individual needs.
19. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful personal or business-purchasing purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce the product for commercial sale.
21. Customer Photographs and Reviews
When you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or video and give us permission to share it, you grant Letta Lu’s permission to display, reproduce, and share that content for business and promotional purposes.
You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Contact us if you previously granted permission and would like us to stop using your content in future materials. We may not be able to remove materials that were already printed, distributed, or published by third parties.
